OX Delivers had no platform to coordinate orders, vehicle telemetry, driver workflows and usage billing. A six-person Luminedge team worked alongside their operations leadership for several years to build and harden a tailored ERP. The platform now runs the daily business and was named one of TIME's best inventions of the year.
As Hallo expanded internationally, customer-service and proposal volume outpaced the team. A Luminedge pod of four built and integrated AI services for supply-chain automation, sentiment analysis and proposal generation into their working systems. Throughput and customer satisfaction improved; the operations team stayed the same size.
NSFO needed to move from manual record keeping to data-led decisions on breeding, welfare and sustainability across hundreds of farms. The Luminedge team worked with their domain experts on ML models for breeding values, welfare monitoring and meadow analysis, plus a Circular Quality Mark for sustainable farms. Three-year partnership, used daily.

Luminedge was founded by Norbert van Hooidonk and Roger Roelofs. Together, they bring more than 25 years of experience across recruitment, consultancy, business operations and technology-driven organizations.
Throughout their careers, they have helped organizations build teams, scale operations and solve capacity challenges. That experience led to a simple observation: exceptional talent is not limited by geography.
What started as an interest in Rwanda's rapidly growing technology ecosystem evolved into a strong belief in the long-term potential of the region. Beyond technical capability, they found ambitious professionals, strong educational foundations and a genuine commitment to long-term collaboration.
Luminedge was created to connect European organizations with that talent through a model built on continuity, trust and practical cooperation. Norbert acts as one of the main links between clients and the engineering teams behind each engagement. Coming from a background in recruitment technology, consultancy and operational coordination, he understands how to align business needs, stakeholders and delivery teams without unnecessary complexity. He stays closely involved throughout partnerships, helping clients scale software capacity in a way that remains practical, stable and easy to work with. Clients value his direct communication style, commercial awareness and ability to connect the right people around the right challenges.
Roger focuses on the relationship and operational coordination between client organizations and the engineering teams supporting them. With a background in consultancy, recruitment and organizational operations, he brings experience in building long-term collaborations that work smoothly on both a commercial and operational level. He helps create clear structures around communication, expectations and cooperation, so clients experience engineering capacity as a natural extension of their own organization. Roger is known for his calm approach, pragmatic mindset and long-term focus in client relationships.
